CRM true-cost calculator
The advertised per-seat price assumes annual billing, the cheapest plan and no setup fees. Enter your team and see the number you will actually be invoiced.

| CRM | Plan | Billed users | Per month | Year 1 | 3 years | Notes |
|---|
Prices in USD before tax, as published by each vendor. Year 1 includes mandatory one-time fees. 3 years assumes today's prices; vendors can raise them at renewal. Not shown: add-ons, usage-based AI credits, extra contacts.
Why the calculator's number is higher than the ad
- Annual vs monthly billing. Most vendors advertise the annual price. Of the 74 plans in our data that publish both prices, 73 charge more for monthly billing: a median of 23% more per seat (range 4-111%).
- Seat minimums. Some plans are sold in seat buckets or with a minimum number of users. The calculator bills the minimum when your team is smaller.
- Mandatory onboarding. A few vendors require a paid onboarding package on higher plans. It is added to year 1.
- Feature gating. Automation, reporting or custom fields often start one plan above the cheapest. That is why the default view uses each vendor's core plan.
