- Companies with no roofing work: the product is built for roofing (the FAQ says gutters, siding, windows, solar and painting can also be tracked as trades)

Recent changes
- 2025-12 Verisk terminated the definitive agreement to acquire AccuLynx after the FTC had not completed review by the 2025-12-26 deadline; AccuLynx notified Verisk it believes termination is invalid[5]
