The money trail
Salesforce, Inc. has no public affiliate program (No public cash affiliate program found). We earn nothing when you choose it, and it is ranked exactly like the vendors that pay.
What we could not verify
Listed so you know where to ask the vendor directly.
- Per-edition feature gating (workflow, API limits, custom object limits, Gmail/Outlook sync, mobile) sits in a collapsed comparison table and the comparison PDF could not be parsed; only features listed on the page are reported, without edition gating.
- Minimum user count or contract minimum: none stated on the pricing page, but not confirmed by sales.
- Implementation costs and typical partner rates not published.
- HIPAA BAA for FSC not documented in the sources reviewed (Shield page has no HIPAA statement).
- Date when editions were renamed from Enterprise/Unlimited to Core/Advanced/Max is unknown.
- Affiliate/referral program status comes from a search-result snippet of the partner policies PDF and was not opened.
- Salesforce also sells non-industry Sales Cloud / Starter Suite for small teams; those were out of scope.
