Twenty in short
Twenty's core plan for a small team is Pro (cloud) at $9 per user per month with annual billing ($12 billed monthly). For a team of 5, that is $540 in the first year. There is no free plan, but a 30-day trial without a credit card.
Choose it if
- Technical teams that want to own and extend the CRM (code-defined objects, apps framework, API/MCP) and can self-host
- Cost-sensitive teams: $9/user/month on yearly billing with unlimited custom objects, workflows and API on every plan
- Buyers who need SOC 2 Type 2 evidence for a low-cost CRM (Trust Center lists SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR)
Skip it if
- Teams that require US data residency on cloud: privacy policy says data is currently hosted in Frankfurt (EU), multiple regions only 'planned in 2026'
- Teams needing SSO, audit logs or row-level permissions on a small budget: those start at Organization ($19-25)
- Teams that need built-in calling, marketing email or a documented mobile app: none found
- Healthcare teams needing a HIPAA BAA: HIPAA is not listed on the Trust Center

- Same core feature set on Pro and Organization (unlimited objects, API, webhooks, MCP, workflows, AI agents, dashboards); Organization adds security and admin controls[1]

What to watch
- Cloud data is currently hosted in Frankfurt (EU); multiple hosting locations are only planned for 2026[5]
- Pro includes only 50 workflow credits per year (5/month on the monthly toggle) and a 50 API calls/min limit; price of extra credits not published[1]
